Purchased this item for Christmas.A friend of mine got one for her daughter over a year ago and uses it daily.no problems at all. easy navigation, touchscreen works good.I only wish Pro Ebiz had more accessories, like cases and such.
It arrived before I expected and the item was just as described. this item is not anything like the ipod for those that believe it is, however it is a very good mp3/mp4 player. Great seller, had absolutely no problems with the whole process, very fast shipping. FYI.
My son was very disappointed in this product. Not recommend So if finger is not in right spot it will never double click. When using your finger you have to put it just right above the song and then double click. It is not easy to use at all. I would not recommend this product for anybody. The stylus pen never worked. We downloaded some videos and they would never play.
The only down side that I have found is the lack of place for the stylus.Other then that this thing is excellent. Good Product, Excellent Seller.
freezes up on day 1andu have to wait till battery goes dead .will not work after 3 months
